Your Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Existing Content: Assist in assessing the relevance, accuracy, and effectiveness of current training materials.
  • Content Conversion: Help transform traditional training materials (e.g., wiki pages, documents, PowerPoint slides) into interactive eLearning modules.
  • Multimedia Integration: Aid in incorporating various multimedia elements such as text, images, videos, audio, animations, and interactive activities to enhance learning experiences.
  • Design and Development: Support the use of eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, iSpring Suite, etc.) to design and develop engaging content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate in reviewing and testing eLearning content to ensure it meets quality standards and is free of errors.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in eLearning, instructional design, and multimedia development.

Your Profile

  • You are in the middle of your studies, ideally with a focus on Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • While not essential, previous experience or coursework in instructional design or eLearning content development is a plus.
  • If you have a knack for graphic design and are familiar with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, that's a bonus!
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5 and CSS? That's all you need for starting to customise eLearning content with us.
  • We value strong English communication skills because they're key to creating clear and effective learning materials.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail? Important, but it's your creative spark we're really after!
