Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute a Europe-wide brand strategy to strengthen positioning in premium, smart mobility, enhancing brand equity and reputation.
- Market & Consumer Insights: Leverage research to craft differentiated brand communication strategies, ensuring brand consistency and market penetration across Germany and Europe.
- Visual Identity & Campaign Management: Oversee the Brand Visual Identity System (VIS), creative content production, and the execution of advertising, PR campaigns, and digital marketing to align with local culture and regulations.
- PR & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead public relations strategy, maintaining strong partnerships with media, KOLs, and key opinion leaders to amplify brand visibility and credibility.
- Team Leadership: Manage German-based brand, marketing, and PR teams, setting clear KPIs and fostering collaboration to drive business growth.
- Cross-Functional & Cross-Border Coordination: Align resources between headquarters and the German team, ensuring strategic coherence while integrating product, technology, and supply chain resources to meet market demands.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, PR, International Business, or related fields. 5+ years in the automotive industry with 3+ years in brand/marketing leadership roles (Director-level or equivalent).
- Language & Leadership: Native-level German and fluent English, with the ability to lead teams in a multicultural environment.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven track record in long-term brand planning, market research, data analytics, and ROI-driven decision-making.
- Crisis & Stakeholder Management: Experience in media crisis handling, government relations, and deep familiarity with Germany’s political and business landscape.
- Digital & Innovation Savvy: Knowledge of digital trends (e.g., social media, content marketing) and the ability to drive innovative brand storytelling in smart EV/AV technology.
